Truth: The Truth According To Me

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. The truth according to me.

Hello friends, enemies, and countrymen, It's that time of year where I get bombarded with election emails from just about everyone I know. So I've compiled my thoughts over the last 10 months and pieced them together in a list for my usual election time general response. I will explain why I am voting for President Bush and not for the Tool. It's a bit long so you don't have to read it obviously, but if by chance you do read it, I thank you for taking the time. I've gathered this info over time, with quite a bit of help from my friends and comrades who seek and hold the truth.

First off, I would say that I am a Libertarian. Pretty much it means I believe in individualism, individual responsibility, lesser government, capitalism, greed, free enterprise, and liberty. I believe the War on Drugs is the biggest waste of time and money. I believe you can do what you want, as long as you don't infringe on my rights, or expect me to pay for you because you are special or the government thinks you are. And of course I believe in the spirit of Christmas and rock and roll. I believe in the aspirations of Thomas Jefferson who believed in the ideals of what this great country has to offer. A Jeffersonian liberal is as far right as you can get. I cringe whenever Bill Clinton referred to anything Thomas Jefferson had to say as being in lock step with his ideology. Jefferson was a true liberal in the classic sense, a liberal from the control of the monarchies of Great Britain. Clinton and his type are liberals from the ideals of this Constitution. Thomas Jefferson would spit on Bill Clinton, as he would John Kerry. He wouldn't be too happy with W either on a few things. That being said, I still have many problems with current Republicans and with all Democrats.

With Republicans they are not conservative enough. To be conservative in the context I am referring to, means to conserve the principles of the Constitution. It doesn't mean I am in the same boat as Pat Robertson or the so called moral majority. Those guys are scary in their fascist mentality. I don't care if they believe in God, and I don't care if they base their lives on faith, most people probably do, but I don't want to hear about it. My problem is them trying to tell me what to do based on their religious belief system by law, which is by force. No one should have that power, and that is what they want. Even though I truly agree with the Judeo Christian moral code that is the fabric of our nation. I am not happy at all with John Ashcroft and his faith based initiatives. These are the programs that reward prisoners by teaching them about God. Keep the separation of church and state please!

And the Patriot Act…are you kidding me? September 11 happened yes, but never ever give up your civil liberties. Once you give them up, the terrorists have won. So the president and the congress that approved this mess, better revoke it, although I am not holding my breath. I will say, thank God for the Supreme Court who said provisions of the Patriot Act are unconstitutional. This right here is enough to make me not vote for Bush. The head of the FCC is pretty much Gestapo like in his anti free speech mentality. You see, these guys give conservatives a bad name. They aren't true conservatives. They are the conservative compared to liberals fiscally but that's about it. It's the Taliban on a lesser scale. Scary. It is people like him who make everyone angry. To me these zealots bring down the party and make it more difficult for any to even contemplate Libertarianism...you get all these angry people who vote for a democrat out of anger.

The republicans will say they want less government, but with the exception of Ronald Reagan and to a lesser degree John Engler when do you see them shrinking government? They may not expand it, but they do nothing to shrink it. In my mind, that's just as bad as a democrat who wants more government. In that aspect, they are conserving the current government and economy. We have a mixed economy that is heavily burdened by taxation and regulation. It is also weighed down by useless government programs that do nothing to help the economy or progress. The problems lie right there. We need less government in our lives. The government should exist solely to defend you, to protect your rights, not to take care of you by force. If you give the government an inch, they will eventually take a mile..and it will take a longer time to get an inch back from them. The more convoluted the laws and tax system becomes, the more dependant people become on government, the slower our economy thrives.

A thriving economy is what makes America strong. It is what makes the quality of life improve for the entire world. It breeds technology and ingenuity. A choked economy makes everyone suffer. And I for one, am very sick of it. I am sick of working 5 months out of the year just to pay my taxes. To pay taxes on things I will never ever benefit from. To pay taxes for things, that if I had the choice, I would not pay for ever. Where is the choice that our founding fathers fought for? I love my country, but fear my government. As for Democrats, it blows me away that their line of thinking even exists. I have to squabble at all the fumbling Republicans do, and then I am confronted with the left. They make the Republican blunders seem very tolerable. Plato said "The masses are incurably ignorant".

A good example of this is when you look at the results of the Electoral College after each election. The areas that heavily swing to the left are the big cities, where the naïve students reside, all the trial lawyers, the union workers, the welfare dependants, the college professors, and the environmentalist wackos. Thank God for the Electoral College (thank you Thomas Jefferson) or these areas would rule the country. This is also why the left wants to do away with the Electoral College so the masses can control everything.
The Democrat Party of my father is dead. It started to die with Lyndon Johnson and the "Great Society." Jimmy Carter crippled it, but it could have been saved. Bill Clinton put a stake in its heart and John Kerry has let his party bleed to death. There is no hope now for them. The Democrat Party is almost devoid of morals, honesty or integrity. Its members have thrown it all away in their rush for power and in their headlong plunge towards socialism. The liberals don't even try to keep it secret anymore. They don't care who knows. They just keep lying. The further left you go, the less you like growing up. That is one reason so many professors are on the left. Never leaving school from kindergarten through adulthood enables one to avoid becoming a mature adult.

It is no wonder a liberal professor has recently argued that children should have the vote. Oh yeah that makes sense. The only think good I can say about liberals for the most part, are they do mean well. They just don't think or can comprehend how vicious their programs and policies are. For them pragmatism lives and breeds; the ends justify the means. It is mere posturing, showing off as a humanitarian with someone else's money and life, and ignoring any bad consequences it produces. What we really need is compassion of the mind. A compassion for others that is directed intelligently and produces truly compassionate results. Social Security is a good example of forced compassion that doesn't produce any good results. It was destined to fail.

Liberalism is the line of thinking that the common good is better than an individual's freedom. Here are two quotes I like to use to represent that. Here is the first one, "It is thus necessary that the individual should come to realize that his own ego is of no importance in comparison with the existence of his nation; that the position of the individual ego is conditioned solely by the interests of the nation as a whole" - Adolf Hitler 1933. Here is the second one: "We must stop thinking of the individual and start thinking about what is best for society." - Hillary Clinton 1993. See what I mean? Crazy Crazy Crazy.

Conservatism is fundamentally more respectful of the dignity of human beings. Liberals do not believe people have the ability to choose their response to their environment. Conservatism, not liberalism, is the ideology of choice. It just makes more sense.

At the heart of liberalism is the naive belief that people are basically good. As a result of this belief, liberals rarely blame people for the evil they do. Instead, they blame economics, parents, capitalism, racism, and anything else that can let the individual off the hook.

Liberals think we as a country need the respect and approval of France, Russia, and Germany. Please! They want the approval of the United Nations. This line of thinking kills Americans. World government through the United Nations is a serious threat to the freedom of all Americans. Imagine being held prisoner in a foreign land and tried in an international court with judges from such countries as Afghanistan, China, or Iraq. The United Nations (financed by American taxpayers!) has long been a safe harbor for terrorist and oppressive regimes which target America as the enemy. Anyone or anything that infringes on the sovereignty of the United States needs to be put in their place.

That reminds me of this:Dear Countries of the world, As a proud American I'd like to take the opportunity to tell you to go screw yourselves. I realize that this may seem a bit sudden or perhaps a bit over the top, but if you'd all be so kind as to bear with me, I'll be happy to illustrate why the great majority of you out there need a healthy dose of reality. I'll do my best to get everyone, but if I missed your country, don't worry, you probably still need to go screw yourself: 1) Israel: Screw you. Screw you for getting us involved in the Mongolian Cluster bleep that is Southwest Asia. Seriously. You morons can't just leave the damn West Bank and Gaza Strip alone can you? Ariel Sharon...you jerk. You mothers have the nerve to screwing spy on us, then take our foreign aid, then tell us to go screw ourselves as we try to mediate peace talks in your screwed up sandbox of a country. Remember, silly little pukes, you live by OUR leave. 2) Palestine: Technically, you're not a country, but screw you anyway. Screw you sorry Hamas-starting, terrorist idiots. Guess what, you sorry little shitheads? If you'd quit blowing stuff up for a little while, and let us work on Sharon, your 7 city blocks of territory might actually start to resemble a screwing civilized part of the world, instead of an over filled kitty litter box. Even dogs don't crap where they eat. In the name of Mohammed, get a clue! 3) Spain: You mothers deserve to have your whole damn country bombed back to the bronze age. You self righteous jerks contribute El Cid to the screwing world, and then have the nerve to pull out of Iraq because its "ethically unsound"?I hope that you all get genital leprosy. May all of your club football teams lose all of their star players to England, Italy and Germany. 4) France: Dearest Gallic punching bags, the only reason that you even have a country is because we have stepped into every major war that you've had for the last 77 years and saved your asses. WW I, WW II, and your royally screwed up Southeast Asian messing French Indochina. Our thanks? You talk crap about us, oppose us at every turn in the UN, and condemn us for Iraq. You dare to condemn us for Iraq after what you did (and are still doing) in Algeria? The sad fact is, you sorry morons, that you'd all be speaking German right now if not for the countless Americans who stormed your beaches to win your country back for you. You are a bunch of sorry ass two pump chumps. 5) Germany: You mothers are amazing. Which nation was the sole proponent of a reunified Germany? Do you remember? It was the US. While the rest of Europe was sweating their asses off at the prospect of a reunified Germany, with an independent military, we gave you the benefit of the doubt, AND admitted you to NATO. Our thanks? You publicly oppose us at every turn (even for Afghanistan). Screw you. Have you any damn clue who rebuilt your country after it was smashed to screwingpieces? WE DID. Thanks for the gratitude. 6) Saudia Arabia: I've got two words,..You're next. You sons of bitches had better get one thing crystal clear...if you don't reign in your terrorist supporting upper class, we will...tomahawk cruise missile style. If you think that we'll have a problem turning your country into a gigantic screwing gravel pit, then bring it on. We'll turn you into a country full of screwing refugees living on a freshly paved screwing parking lot. 7) North Korea: Isn't irony a screwing deal? You pieces of crap insist on building chemical and nuclear weapons, then blow up half a damn city with the crap you were using for production...Amen. Now shut the hell up and go eat your kimchi. 8) Canada: You know what, dummies? The only reason that you're not at war right now is because we are. You suckers benefit from our trade agreements, our military presence, and tourism from our country, then you have the nerve to boo a busload of CHILDREN who travel to your icebox of a country to play hockey. Oh, and screw you for Bryan Adams, too, you sorry pinheads. If I missed a nation...please let me know. I'm sure that there's a reason for your country to go screw itself.

In the United Nations…Kuwait votes against the United States 67% of the time. Qatar votes against the United States 67% of the time. Morocco votes against the United States 70% of the time. United Arab Emirates votes against the U. S. 70% of the time. Jordan votes against the United States 71% of the time. Tunisia votes against the United States 71% of the time. Saudi Arabia votes against the United States 73% of the time. Yemen votes against the United States 74% of the time. Algeria votes against the United States 74% of the time. Oman votes against the United States 74% of the time. Sudan votes against the United States 75% of the time. Pakistan votes against the United States 75% of the time. Libya votes against the United States 76% of the time. Egypt votes against the United States 79% of the time. Lebanon votes against the United States 80% of the time. India votes against the United States 81% of the time. Syria votes against the United States 84% of the time. Mauritania votes against the United States 87% of the time. US Foreign Aid to those that hate us: Egypt, for example, after voting 79% of the time against the United States, still receives $2 billion annually in US Foreign Aid. Jordan votes 71% against the United States and receives $192,814,000 annually in US Foreign aid. Pakistan votes 75% against the United States receives $6,72! 1,000 annually in US Foreign Aid. India votes 81% against the United States receives $143,699,000 annually Perhaps it is time to get out of the UN and give the tax savings back to the American workers who are having to skimp and sacrifice to pay the taxes. Now they want to cut oil production, we should cut aid to them by 50% to start. But you see, this is the blame we must put on all presidents.

Well getting back to the reasons why I support the current president for the election. Yes I have problems with the republican party, they are few and far between in comparison with the tax-to-death party. It's simple economics. If you have more money, then you will invest more money, you will spend more money, you will create more jobs. If you are taxed, you cannot hire people, you cannot buy extra goods and services. You cannot produce the widgets NEEDED to make the world go around. The solution? Cut taxes, get rid of the income tax. Have a flat tax. Get rid of government programs and shrink useless programs. Privatize whenever possible, because a private company will always give you a better product and better service. The world will be a better place, a safer place. History proves this.

"Every movement that seeks to enslave a country, everydictatorship or potential dictatorship, needs some minoritygroup as a scapegoat which it can blame for the nation'stroubles and use as a justification of its own demand fordictatorial powers. In Soviet Russia, the scapegoat wasthe bourgeoisie; in Nazi Germany, it was the Jewish people;in America, it is the businessmen." - Ayn RandHere is a good reason to not vote for Kerry:The Almanac of American Politics, the definitive resource for politics at the national level, in his office. Page 779 of the 2004 Almanac states: He [Kerry] is opposed to the death penalty in general, though said after September 11 he supported the death penalty for terrorist acts. In 1989, he voted against the death penalty for terrorists who kill Americans abroad. The former head of the Libertarian Party says:"The Democratic Party today is a haven for anti-Semites, racists, radical environmentalists, plundering trial lawyers, government employee unions, and numerous other self-serving elites who despise the Constitution and loathe private property. … They will attempt to enact 'hate speech' and 'hate crime' laws and re-institute the Fairness Doctrine, initiate lawsuits, and create new regulations designed to suppress freedom of speech and intimidate their political adversaries."Bush's accomplishments: " Afghanistan is no longer a safe haven for terrorists. " Saddam's regime is no longer a major player in the worldwide terror network. " Libya has relinquished their weapons of terror. " The Pakistani black market in weapons of mass destruction has been eliminated. " Arafat is rotting in Ramallah. Terrorist cells all over the world have been disrupted, and thousands of terrorists killed. " The result: Americans are orders of magnitude safer."Bush Bad, Clinton Good - Go Figure Clinton awards Halliburton no-bid contract in Yugoslavia - good Bush awards Halliburton no-bid contract in Iraq - bad Clinton spends $77 billion on war in Serbia - goodBush spends $87 billion in Iraq - bad Clinton imposes regime change in Serbia - goodBush imposes regime change in Iraq - bad Clinton bombs Christian Serbs on behalf of Muslim Albanian terrorists -good Bush liberates 25 million from a genocidal dictator - bad Clinton bombs Chinese Embassy - goodBush bombs terrorist camps - bad Clinton commits felonies while in office - goodBush lands on aircraft carrier in flight suit - bad No mass graves found in Serbia - goodNo WMD found in Iraq - bad Stock market crashes in 2000 under Clinton - goodEconomy on upswing under Bush - bad Clinton refuses to take custody of bin Laden - goodWorld Trade Centers fall under Bush - bad Clinton says Saddam has nukes - goodBush says Saddam has nukes - bad Clinton calls for regime change in Iraq - goodBush imposes regime change in Iraq - bad Terrorist training in Afghanistan under Clinton - goodBush destroys training camps in Afghanistan - bad Milosevic not yet convicted - goodSaddam turned over for trial - bad John Kerry was on the 9/11 Intelligence committee. He missed 76% of the meetings. AN EXCHANGE BETWEEN SEN. JOHN MCCAIN AND FORMER UN WEAPONS INSPECTOR DAVID KAY: McCain: "Saddam Hussein developed and used weapons of mass destruction - true?"Kay: "Absolutely."McCain: "He used them against the Iranians and the Kurds?"Kay: "Oh, yes."McCain: "And UN inspectors found enormous quantities of banned chemical and biological weapons in Iraq in the '90s?"Kay: "Yes, sir."McCain: "We know that Saddam Hussein had once a very active nuclear program?"Kay: "Yes."McCain: "And he realized and had ambitions to develop and use weapons of mass destruction?"Kay: "Clearly."McCain: "If he were in power today, there is no doubt that he would harbor ambitions for the development and use of weapons of mass destruction?"Kay: "There's absolutely no doubt."McCain: "You agree ... that what we did was justified and enhanced the security of the United States and the world by removing Saddam Hussein from power?"Kay: "Absolutely." Italian author Oriana Fallaci: "As I write in my book The Rage and the Pride, when I call Bin Laden the tip of the iceberg and I define the iceberg as a mountain that has not moved for 1,400 years, that for 1,400 years has not changed, that has not emerged from its blindness, freedom and democracy are totally unrelated to the ideological texture of Islam - to the tyranny of theocratic states. So their people refuse them, and even more they want to erase ours. ... Thus, I ask: "What if instead of learning freedom Iraq becomes a second Talibani Afghanistan? What if instead of becoming democratized by the Pax Americana the whole Middle East blows up and the cancer multiplies?" As a proud defender of the West's civilization, without reservations I should join Mr. Bush and Mr. Blair in the new Alamo. Without reluctance I should fight and die with them. And this is the only thing about which I have no doubts at all." Iran, Syria, Egypt, France, Germany, Libya - guess who they want for president of the United States? As for Kerry's claims, "I've met with foreign leaders who can't go out and say this publicly. But, boy, they look at you and say: 'You've got to win this. You've got to beat this guy. We need a new policy.' Things like that." Indeed, Saddam Hussein, Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi, Osama bin Laden, Kim Jong-Il, Mohammad Khatami, Moammar al-Ghadafi, Hu Jingtao, Jacques Chirac, Gerhard Schroeder and Kofi Annan are all rooting for John Kerry to beat George W. Bush. What does that tell you? The war on terror is the biggest factor. Who do you want as a leader? Do you want a tool or do you want a guy who will stick to his plan? John Kerry is a tool, saying what he has to say in order to make himself sound good. He has flipped flopped more than the International House of Pancakes. Yes, of course this is politics and W does the same thing, but not even on the same scale. What I don't get is, why the liberal media never talks about his 20 years in the Senate? It's as if he went from Vietnam right to running for the president. Hmmm makes you wonder. Speaking of Vietnam, I know some former vets who consider him a traitor and want the guy to lose more than anything. I also know some current soldiers who support our president and they say that sentiment is strong among the troops. Support those troops! And this whole notion that the media knows how to run a war, and that the war has to be perfect, and end up like some movie with a nice little story is ludicrous. A vote for John Kerry is a vote for a lie, a fraud. It is a vote against liberty and freedom. But if the Democrat Party has been fully aligned by Kerry's deceit, that assertion may be purely academic. When the democrats have these guys on their side, it makes one wonder: Jane Fonda, Sean Penn, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Dixie Chicks, Ted Kennedy, Kwame Kilpatrick, Jennifer Granholm, John Dingel, Barbara Boxer, Jerry Springer, Al Gore, Walter Mondale, Hillary, Jimmy Carter, Madeline Albright, Susan Sarandon, Barbara Streisand, Joe Biden… John Kerry stands for everything I am against. Well at least I think he does, because it's hard to know exactly where he stands on anything. Well the Democratic Party's stand for things I am against I do know that. I have asked those who support THE TOOL and here are the reasons they give me: They want change. They hate Bush. They think Bush is dumb. They are one issue voters. Change for the sake of change got us Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter. People hate Bush…not sure why, they think he lied, yet John Kerry who supported everything they think Bush lied about gets a free pass. It makes no sense. As for being dumb…Bush has a higher I.Q., although it's obvious he isn't a polished speaker...but so what? Most liberals hate the fact that he is a religious man, and that scares them. The moral majority religious right scare people, and rightfully so. But you have to separate rhetoric from policy, do you not? Then of course there are those who will support him purely based on tradition or for their unions or because MTV tells them to. Then you have the impressionable who listen to Bruce Springsteen. Oh brother. The live for the now mentality, the McDonald's-ization of this country is frustrating to say the least. I wish for Common Sense. I feel it slipping away by the day. A strong America can remain a free America. While we may not need a Homeland Security who tries to scare us left and right, we do need a strong military and intelligence force, this is something Kerry wont support as much as Bush. I am an American, and all the luxuries and rights mean nothing to us all if we are dead. The reality is evil does exist. And it lives in those who want what America is (you & me) to come to an end. Democracy and Capitalism are America's allies. It sounds like a fourth of July song I know. It sounds like it's something to make half of our so called divided country cringe. But it's the truth.

This is the moment of truth! If Bush loses the presidency, we may well be sealing our fate. This is one of those critical moments in history upon which our fate and, in fact, the fate of the free world relies on. The terrorists are in every Islamic nation and have but one goal. Islam is serious about reasserting itself. They intend to finish the job started by Muhammad, and we stand in their way. They intend to destroy us. All of Islam? No..but the factions that do must be dealt with.

Too many Americans just aren't able to comprehend this. This may well be the most dangerous time in history. North Korea has nuclear weapons, and would not hesitate to use them on us if they feel regime survival is threatened. Combine all of this with the insaneness of these terrorists and you have a recipe for disaster. This election is about far more than Bush and The Tool. It is about more than republicans and democrats. It is about the soul of our country. It is about answering the truth or looking for an easy way out.
Peace through power and prosperity
