Liberty: Bomb Iran?

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Word on the street is that a war with Iran is coming up, and soon. They are saying that Al Qaeda is working closely with the Iranians, especially towards nuclear arms development. Ok? Just like Al Qaeda was working with Iraq? Yeah just like that.

Do we really need to do this? Thousands if not millions of people will die or be injured...but everyone will post pics of U.S. military holding Iranian babies so that will keep the warm and fuzzy feeling for everyone....NFL games will put American flags on their helmets...there will be yellow ribbons everywhere wanting the troops to come home...homeland security will raise the alert level...Americans will be asked to not travel to the middle east ...the Patriot Act will expand...the country will spiral more into debt, yet those holding stock in the military industrial complex will profit...everyone will sing God Bless America because God loves us, and not anyone else...republicans will blame democrats...democrats will blame republicans....vets still wont be taken care of. And we patiently wait for the new season of American Idol. Rinse, lather, repeat.

How do you like that Hope and Change thingy? I keep asking and no one gives me an answer. Can you say New World Order? Is anyone out there? Are we still in Kansas?
