What I've come to observe though are those who are just so blinded by their own ideals and even politics, that they won't budge. They won't learn, they won't discuss, they won't teach. They've done the homework and that is that. Nothing else matters what anyone says, and damn the torpedoes.
Well there is courage in forging your own path and staying the course. However if you aren't going to look around you, see how the world works, and perhaps adjust, then the path to salvation is very boring, cold, and lonely.
Your only companion then is hate and despair. No one is asking you to change routes, but you'll have a better chance of getting to where you are going with help, with vigor, with some unity validating your ideals and principles.
Listen, learn, teach. If you just insult you won't influence anyone except your ego. What you fail to see though is your ego will mean nothing if no one listens or cares. Respect goes along way.
It ain't easy. It's no supposed to be.
