Truth: Mmmmmm Bacon

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. I don't know what possessed me to do it, but I went on a no carb diet.  I mean I had some apples and nanners, but nothing else but a piece of pita bread.   I just felt I had to.

The first two days was tough.  I just drank more water.   The third and 4th day, I was feeling super tired and blah. I mean blah.   Weird though, as I felt blah, my head felt clear.  Less cloudy.  So I was feeling blah but cloudy - a bit bloudy.

Atkins Diet?  Paelo Diet? The Omish Diet? South Beach Diet? The Zone Diet?  Nahhh none of those.  Well maybe indirectly sure.   I'm not following any structured plan.  I'm just avoiding things.

I just know I had to stop with the sugars, the wheats, the yeast, the bad carbs.  I've been doing alot of reading on it, and watching some documentaries.  I was wondering why I always craved certain things.  I was wondering why I eat less than I ever did, but would not lose weight.

Well I lost 5lbs in a week, and I feel pretty good.  When I wake up, I don't feel hungry at all.

I've switched to organic meats, real butter, and even have gotten back into using mayonnaise (God I love that stuff).

Now on one day I did have some pizza, but I didn't eat the crust.  I also had some cake and lactose free ice cream.  Damn that was good.  Which poses a problem.  What to do with my sweet tooth?

I don't know...I need to figure that part out.

Anyways I may bore you to death from time to time with updates. Or I may fall asleep myself from the lack of energy.  I do need to find some pick me ups - tea is all I got.   Got any suggestions?

By the way, organic bacon tastes great.  No preservatives and no pigs from a food farm. I do miss mozzarella Cheeze Its though.

Mmmmmmm bacon.
