Truth - Faux Food


It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. I have a bone to pick. It's with food. Do you ever really look forward to eating something because you know it tastes so good? Then when you get it, it is a disappointment because it just was not as good as the last time.

I hate that. I hate when that happens.

There is a pizza place that I love. However lately when I go there, it is just not up to par. There is a place that makes Chicken Shwarma differently every time. Heck I go to relatives, with my mouth watering, hoping to get my fix..then bam - nothing.

Isn't anything sacred any more? Can't we at least have food guarantees? Please I beg you. I find myself falling short on my own cooking. Alas I hardly knew me.

There has to be some kind of food that is made exactly the same way all of the time. Tell me what it is.  Tell me where it is.  TELL ME.  Hungry minds want to know.

    They are so good, they only have to be open Wednesday through Sunday. They don't take reservations and they close for vacation for a few weeks every year. The chef was the original chef for Buddy's. They've been in business at least 40 plus years.
