Truth - Put The Phone Down

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.  I admit it..I used to be a person who checked his phone all of the time. It became a bad habit.  I was annoying. I was rude. I was checked out of reality.

But now I let it go.  I still check, but I can go hours without looking.  It feels good.  Labels

Put the phone down, and look around you.  There's a world out there. Emails, texts, photos...they can wait. They can....trust me.  Trust yourself.

I like to watch people walk, and text at the same time.  I wonder what they text about.

Someday we'll look back and laugh at the notion of checking our phones or carrying them around. I assume we'll have floating holograms that we look at or something.  Maybe chips in our heads where we see things in a dream sequence...or communicated via an ear peace.

They'll go away and we will laugh.  It has to happen.

Put the phone down Sally.

What?  No I haven't stopped taking pictures.  I'm not crazy.
